When you step onto the Rocky Gap Lodge Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, you'll find yourself surrounded by elevation changes that provide challenges to your game as well as spectacular scenery. This 18-hole course offers views of 342-acre Lake Habeeb, Evitt's Mountain, and the foothills of Rocky Gap State Park. On the Back 9, the soft rise and fall of the fairways enhance the experience players of all skill levels will enjoy.

If you're new to the game of golf or just want to practice your swing, our Golden Bear Putting Green is just the spot. Located adjacent to Lake Habeeb, our complete facilities include a driving range, putting and chipping greens, and a bunker practice area.

Rocky Gap Youth Golf Academy.

Rocky Gap's professional staff is excited to offer a Maryland golf instruction program throughout 2011 for our resort guests and local junior golfers. The program will begin with clinics from 10am until 11:15am held each Saturday beginning May 7, 2011 until July 9, 2011. Some things to keep in mind for participants:

• Kids may attend as many sessions as they would like to
• Program is available to all juniors ages 6 to 15
• Equipment available for kids without clubs
• Tennis shoes or Golf Shoes only
• Collared shirt. No denim, bathing suits, cut-offs, or sweats
• PGA professionals and Rocky Gap golf staff as instructors each session
• Individual and Group learning each week
• Kids will receive unlimited range balls during session
• Junior Range and discounts on clubs available
• 10 sessions available
• $10 per session or $150 for the entire season
