Terry & Ingvild SnowAs founder and national director for YWAM Haiti, Terry Snow has been leading the mission for 20 years. Filled with vision, he makes things practical and instills hope. His wife, Ingvild, helps in administration. |

Freeman & Shelly NettlesFreeman & Shelly Nettles worked alongside Terry & Ingvild in the beginning years of founding YWAM Haiti. Today, they serve as our spiritual leaders. Wayne & Keturah SnowWayne is leader of the Discipleship Training School. DTS is focused on raising up the next generation of leaders and disciples for Haiti. Keturah works with accounting, helping to coordinate people interested in coming down. |

Kevin & Audrey MartinThe Martins settled in just months before the earthquake. Kevin works as project manager and has been leading construction of many Homes of Hope. Audrey is kept busy raising their 3 kids, Morgan, Katrina & Clayton. They recently adopted a new addition to the family: Jasmander. |

Jacob CharlesGraduated from DTS in 2011, Jacob works with Freeman in the transportation department but also helps out in Patrick’s prison ministry and Homes of Hope projects. He has a heart for kids and wants to minister to them spiritually and physically. |

Rose SimsRose works in hospitality and fills in a lot of places in the office, but her main focus is on Liberty Academy and teaching the Haitian kids. |

Joshua MillerAfter serving as kitchen manager in Saint Marc during the earthquake crisis in 2011, Joshua returned to serve another 8 months as chef. |

Junior OvilmarJunior has taken medical school at the University of the Nations and has a passion to help his people stay healthy. He often travels to the province or where YWAM is working to do a small medical station for the sick. Facebook |

Patrick OvilmarAs base maintenance, Patrick’s job is to keep maintenance on the campus’ infrastructure. That means ensuring that pipes aren’t broken, the septic is working, and much, much more. website |

Ronald LouisRonald is currently taking a Bible School in Port-au-Prince, but he checks back with YWAM from time to time and hopes to return once the school is finished. |

Alain DostheneAlain serves as a hard and joyful worker in outreach projects. When Kevin is not around, he usually serves as the project leader. He also works from time to time at base maintenance. Everyone loves seeing his smile at the end of the day, and he always carries it with him |

Dieunack Jean FrancoisWorks in outreach and worship. He’s often on the field with the teams that have come in to do ministry. On family nights, he is the lead singer and he’s also part of a new “Men of God” music ministry that sings fresh worship songs in Kreyole. Facebook |

Owen Joseph ClemsonA staff member of our Discipleship Training School and a good kitchen manager. He is part of the ‘Men of God’ music ministry, and wrote the lyrics to “Jesus is the Boss”. He is also the ‘dorm dad’ for the single guys. |
