Set aside some space where you can focus. Grab some paper and something to write with. Clear your mind, and then just let all the ideas that pop up come pooring out on the pages. Limit yourself to 20 minutes and put down as much as you can. Don't worry if it's good or bad. After you get it all down, take your ideas and use as many as you can in a short story, poem or piece of flash fiction.

We all know we are supposed to be nice. At work, with friends and family, we are expected to behave or at least be polite. Write a short scene where the situation would require you to be nice, but don't. Forget polite society, forget people are looking, forget being politically correct and cut lose!
