View current seismograms from the Berkeley Digital Seismic Network. Or check out our list of current earthquake information.

Make Your Own Seismogram
Use our interface to generate a seismogram for today, yesterday, 2 weeks, or 2 years ago. Availability depends on station selected; digital recording of the BDSN began in the late 1980s.

Earthquake catalog searches
Earthquake catalogs for Northern California produced by the USGS and the Berkeley Seismological Lab may be searched using a Web interface. A global earthquake catalog produced from contributions from ANSS participants is also available.

We've recently supplemented the general catalog searches with a new interface that allows the user to select one of several output maps in addition to the list of events. Several catalogs may be accessed.

BARD Continuous GPS network
BARD is a network of continuously operating Global Positioning System receivers in northern California.

Quanterra Users Group
The NCEDC hosts Web pages and serves as a software distribution site for the Quanterra Users Group.

NCSN Waveform Data
This tool allows the user to retrieve waveform triggers from the NCSN, based on the event id number.

SEED Waveform Data
Through the NetDC request form, users can retrieve waveforms in SEED format. This includes data from the BK, BP, NN, and UL networks.
