Its all about the kids - whatever their age

We've been building up a number of partnerships with local activity providers to put together some suggestions for fun days full of adventure for kids of all ages.

Your adventures can begin without ever leaving Little White Alice.  We have 25 acres of land for you to explore with our new green play area in our nature reserve to create camps in, our studio to get creative in, our natural swimming pool to get cool in, our firepit to cook lunch in and our animals to make friends with. But we also know that at some point you will want to get off and explore further afield and these are some the best adventures around.

Stithians lake and Watersports Centre

Just a mile away you will find this fantastic centre of outdoor water based activities with Cadet days running throughout the holidays for younger people over the age of 6.  All year round smaller kids love their Pirate Ship play area and the outdoor climbing walls. Parents can either take to the water themselves or just chill out with great coffee and cake in Caffe Nova.

BF Adventures

Another great outdoor activity company based in 60 acres of land that includes 3 granite quarries just a few miles away in Halvasso offering great days rock climbing, canoeing, zip wire and much more. During holidays they run special whole day adventures. for kids over the age of 7 or you can take the whole family along for family based activites.

Nature Workshops

During the season Nature workshops will be holding adventures in different woodlands and beaches every Tuesday and Thursday.  In their sessions you have adventures, learn how the earth works, how to use tools, make fires, build dens, explore rockpools and the underwater world, make up other worlds, learn about yourselves, each other and have FUN.  As a whole family you might book them as well for a creative adventure in our own nature reserve at Little White Alice.

Explorer Cycles

Have a great day out exploring the local paths and cycle trails with Explorer Cycles, hire bikes for all ages or go on one of their guided tours. They are a small family run business who are all keen cyclists and well placed to advise and guide you on suitable routes.

Global Surfers

Everyone needs to try out surfing at some point during their stay in Cornwall and whatever your age Global Surfers have all the skills to get you up and onto those waves.  With day long sessions to suit you whatever your experience.
