About Breathe California
Since 1908, Breathe California has been dedicated to fighting lung disease and promoting lung health in our local communities. As the Bay Area’s first voluntary health organization, we have addressed the most critical public health issues of the time, including: tuberculosis, tobacco use, asthma and air pollution. Through prevention, education, patient support, research and advocacy, we seek to help all local residents breathe easier.
