Sourcing City Terms & Conditions

• Access to Sourcing City will only be allowed following payment of set up charge and ongoing monthly access charge.
  (Unless an approved free trial customer).
• Monthly access charge to be paid one month in advance.
• Access to Sourcing City will be blocked should monthly access fee be unpaid.
• No responsibility or liability is accepted by Sourcing City for the accuracy, availability, specification, suitability, quality, legal compliance or performance of any product, price, picture, supplier or any other information detailed in Sourcing City.
• Full details of product information should be checked with the appropriate supplier before using in any way or placing orders.
• No responsibility or liability is accepted by Sourcing City for the legal compliance or performance of any supplier contained in Sourcing City.
• All Customers are recommended to store to their own server files all e­mail copies received relating to all documents they send from Dynamic Office Lite. Sourcing City accept no responsibility or liability for customers not doing so.
• No responsibility or liability is accepted by Sourcing City for the accuracy or customer entered content, of documents created by, stored in or sent from Dynamic Office Lite.
• No responsibility or liability is accepted by Sourcing City for access, availability, performance, server loss, corruption or disaster issues relating to created or stored Dynamic Office Lite documents.
• One Month notice can be given by either party to terminate access to Sourcing City.
• Access Prices are subject to change by Sourcing City.
• Sourcing City will give existing customers a minimum of one months notice for any access price changes.
• All data within Sourcing City is protected by copyright and must not be used in part or full without the written permission of Sourcing City.
• Data Protection Notice 1: We would like also like to use your information to contact you by any means (including post, email or fax) with details of our company goods and services. In some instances we may use our appointed agents and service providers for these purposes. Should you not object at this time we shall also provide you an ‘opt out’ option at anytime. If you object to us using your information for this purpose, please advise us, stating your full name & company.
• Data Protection Notice 2: In addition, we would like to share your information with carefully selected promotional merchandise related third parties who may use your information to send you details of their goods and services that we think may be of interest to you. The third parties would only be from promotional merchandise related services. Should you not object at this time we shall also provide you an ‘opt out’ option at anytime.
