Employee Surveys
Research shows that running regular employee surveys results in real business advantage – engaging all employees in providing feedback and ideas on how business practices can be aligned and improved to successfully deliver the business aims and objectives.
A major benefit from providing this service to CANTO members will be the ability to provide a valuable benchmarking service within the membership, enabling you to compare your results with the overall norms for the region – this information will enable collaboration and the sharing of good practice as well as highlighting common issues within the membership – The benchmarking data can be used by CANTO in planning relevant training programmes based on the research findings, as well as hot topics for the annual HR conference. Ultimately, it can become a key enabler of developing relationships between Caribbean operators’ HR and Training professionals facing similar challenges, encouraging a wide variety of relevant networking activities.

Pioneer Group
