About Me
Steve Nguyen is a Birkman Certified Consultant. He is a professional with exceptional relationship building, people development, and problem solving skills. He has a Bachelor’s in Philosophy, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (psychology of work).
As a Birkman Certified Consultant, qualified to use the Birkman Method®, he can offer remarkable insight into the behavior of an individual, group, and organization. The Birkman Method® is a multi-dimensional assessment that accurately measures behavioral styles, motivations, expectations, stress behaviors, occupational interests, and organizational strengths. In use for more than 50 years, it’s been administered to over 3 million people in 8,000 organizations worldwide.

- I am fascinated about ways to enhance the experience, performance, and well-being of people in life and at work. I’m particularly interested in employee health & well-being, and workplace aggression, stress, and violence.
- I love teaching and learning about health and wellness (how to make healthy, lifelong behavior changes and become smart consumers of health information). There’s a Latin proverb that says: By learning you will teach, by teaching you will learn.
- I believe in the wisdom shared by the late Kalpana Chawla, one of seven astronauts killed in the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster: “The path from dreams to success does exist. May you have the vision to find it, the courage to get onto it and the perseverance to follow it.”
