Waiver

All climbers at Adventure Rock must fill out a Release of Liability Waiver.

To save time at the door, please click the link below to fill out our on-line waiver form.  After you have completed your waiver you will be sent an e-mail.  In that e-mail there will be a link, click the link to complete the waiver process. (Please note: if you do not receive the e-mail, check your junk mail folder)
