Just wanted you to know that Elizabeth was splendid tonight. Besides yourself of  course, she is the 1st sitter we have had thru u that has left our home in better shape than we left it. She put dishes away, folded blankets, wiped down counters.  Honestly, as busy parents, this added help means the world to us. Because this type of added care has been rare, we wanted to formally compliment her with u so u could recognize her. She deserves extra praise for her efforts and we greatly appreciated coming home to everything being in its place downstairs! Thx!

Telluride Sitters, LLC has a very warm and caring atmosphere from the moment you walk through the doors. The staff is amazing, creative and truly cares about the needs of my 16-month old. The second day that our son was at Telluride Sitters he did not even blink an eye when we left (he cries when I leave him with our nanny & at his normal daycare center). When we came at the end of the day, he was in a fabulous mood and to me that spoke a thousand words.
Lindsay is very professional and experienced with all different age groups. She is able to answer questions and plans age appropriate activities for the children. I have full confidence in Lindsay and her staff. We travel a lot and Telluride Sitters is by far one of the most professional, clean and fun places for my son to spend his day.

When I called my hotel- the concierge recommended and had a preferred contact for Telluride Sitters. I knew up front I would not be an easy client as this was the first time I would be leaving my 2 and 4 year olds with anyone other than their regular nanny or family. Lots of questions later (which Lindsay answered professionally) I decided to move forward. Lindsay was very helpful and arranged for the same sitter since I was going to have repeat visits. She adjusted all of this for me on a super busy weekend during the Bluegrass Festival. Lindsay sent Alisa who was late 20′s early 30′s, teacher and at first impression was warm and personable. Alisa came 15 minutes early and was very patient and took time to get to know the kids before we left. She knew exactly what she was doing and remembered what I told her moments before- I was running them out the door for a bike ride when she said – didn’t you tell me to remember sunhats and helmets while grabbing both. It was then I knew she was awesome- already calming my anxiety and being ultimately responsible. Thank goodness- I was a mess about leaving them inside. She text me a few minutes later to tell me all was just fine. The 2nd visit there were tears because I left more abruptly but Alisa knew exactly what to do (again) and within 5 minutes text me to tell me they were out and about and the were no tears in sight. Alisa and Telluride Sitters made my vacation just that- I am sure my kids would have wailed watching Mumford and Sons in the snow and  Alisa allowed a much needed date night along with a couple of other needed day breaks. The kids were fed, bathed and had their physical and emotional needs met and I could not have been more pleased. We plan to come each year as this was our first year and we will be using Telluride Sitters again. I thank you both for your hard work, dedicated sitter and going above and beyond my expectations. For this reason I wrote this review and your excellence should be noted. Anyone looking with a critical eye should give this company a try- it won’t disappoint!

Hello Lindsay, I wanted to send you a note before leaving town to say how great Terry was.  We had so much going on this spring, you and Terry made things work for us.  But in addition Terry is especially personable and thoughtful, sensitive to my needs and the kids.  That and with being smart and good judgment.  I would love to use her again in late August and on when we get back into town.
