the Brite View BV980H is an over the air DVR comparable to several other more expensive models in the marketplace. The main selling point of the Brite View BV980H is its price point and overall good quality. This model does not have the awesome user guide like the TiVo premiere, or the millions of raving fans like the channel master CM 7000, but if you're in the market for an over the air DVR to use with your digital TV antenna, then this might be the high definition PVR for you. The Brite View digital TV DVR has a low profile and only weighs 3 pounds. It has gained popularity as a reliable DVR for antenna and over the air digital TV over the past several months. The video quality is very good comparable to much more expensive units. Overall the Brightview is a decent over the air DVR and it's real allure is the price point. This unit cost less than the channel master, the TiVo, the Moxi, and a few other models. If you're in the market and you're looking for something inexpensive and decent this is definitely your product!
When it comes to DVR digital TV there are several different DVR is on the market that you can choose from.
