A frost advisory has been issued for inland Ashtabula and Trumbull counties until 8am with temperatures dipping down into the 30s.  Expect a big warm-up with sunny skies; we'll be around 70 later this afternoon.  Saturday, out ahead of a cold front, a few isolated storms will move in late in the afternoon into Saturday night.  With all of the dry air that is in place, I do not anticipate anything widespread.  Mother's Day will be dry closer to the lakeshore, but south of the greater Cleveland area, watch for a few showers.

Tracking rain and storms coming our way out ahead of a cold front.  Expect this to arrive Friday afternoon with showers coming to an end before midnight.  As the wind shifts out of the north, dry and cooler air will settle in.  A very pleasant weekend ahead though we will hang onto a mostly cloudy sky Saturday, then more in the way of sunshine comes Sunday.  

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 36. North wind 5 to 7 mph becoming east.

Saturday: A slight chance of rain and snow showers before 9am, then rain showers likely. Cloudy, with a high near 43. East wind between 9 and 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

High pressure building in Friday morning will bring a dry end to the week. Expect a cool day as temperatures only rise to 50 Friday afternoon. The wind will diminish Friday afternoon and with a calm wind the temperature will fall quickly inland. A freeze watch will go into effect for Ashtabula and Trumbull counties through Saturday morning. Saturday will be cold with rain, and even a few snow showers mixed in, but this will be short lived as high pressure builds for a dry end to the weekend.

A major temperature swing once again on the menu.  First, very warm and windy Friday as we climb to at least 80 degrees.  It will be short lived since a cold front will be cruising through Friday evening.  A wave of storms will accompany it, nothing severe.  Much cooler this weekend with temperatures struggling to reach 50.
