Help Us Continue to Exceed Expectations with Your Annual Fund Gift

In everything we do, the Nantucket Historical Association strives to engage people in new and unexpected waysto exceed expectationsthrough memorable and transformative experiences.

Over the past year, we premiered the gateway film Nantucket; presented Nantucket's Cabinet of Curiosities: A to Z and Eastman Johnson and His Contemporaries; opened the historic property Greater Light; and offered an inspiring array of concerts, tours, lectures, plays, classes, interpretive programs, and family activities.

The Annual Fund provides the vital unrestricted operating funds that enable us to exceed expectations as we carry out our mission of education and preservation. We are grateful for your commitment to the NHA and hopeful that you will generously support us with a gift to the Annual Fund by December 31.

Give to the 1800 House

In 2005, the Nantucket Historical Association restored its historic 1800 House as a dedicated site for lifelong-learning programs in early American arts and crafts. Each year more than fifty classes and workshops are offered in a wide range of decorative arts. Contributions will be directed to the Nancee Erickson Memorial Fund to support the sustainability of the 1800 House programs. The fund recognizes the efforts of Nancee Erickson, who worked tirelessly to establish the programs and to raise funds for the restoration and for scholarships for Nantucket youth.
