Abode Construction is run by Trevor Durber who has over 25 years experience and is well placed to handle all manner of building projects. We have a highly scalable business with a network of associates and partners who share our passion for restoration and renovation of properties. These partnerships greatly enhance the range of services we are able to offer and ensure you as the customer have a single point of contact during your building project.
We are based in Belbroughton Village close to the M5 network and are a building company specialising in restoration and modernisation of period and listed properties especially in conservation areas. We understand the need and maintain strong relationships with development control, building control, architects, surveyors and for conservation.
We have a policy of using reclaimed, re-cycled and renewable materials wherever possible. We apply a “repair rather than replace” build approach combined with a waste management programme to reduce the impact of the building industry on the environment.
We are able to offer building advice on a number of projects ranging from kitchens and bathrooms, which can revitalise a home, loft and basement conversions which are particularly cost effective in raising property value, extensions being a good way to increase living space right through to barn and out building conversions.
We aim to give your building project the perfect design and finish. Any quotation given or site visit made is free from cost or obligation.
