Mini Bits are designed for very small and light pneumatic movements while using very little air consumption per cycle. Utilizing a square construction, Mini Bits are short in length and extremely thin. The smallest bore size has an overall width less than 1/4 inch (0.236”). When compared to the Humphrey Multi-Mount, Mini Bits are 41% shorter, while reducing total volume by 67%.

The Mini Bit Cylinder series is available in double- and single-acting push models, as standard or sensor switch bodies. Four bore sizes are offered from subminiature 4.5mm to 10mm with strokes to 20mm in length. The sensor switch body type is channeled to protect miniature Reed and Solid State sensor switches, which is available in vertical and horizontal entry. Further, a “clean room” Mini Bit Cylinder is offered with a vacuum port to isolate piston rod contaminant from the environment.
