What Is NUnit?

NUnit is a unit-testing framework for all .Net languages. Initially ported from JUnit, the current version, 2.2, is the fourth major release of this xUnit based unit testing tool for Microsoft .NET. It is written entirely in C# and has been completely redesigned to take advantage of many .NET language features, for example custom attributes and other reflection related capabilities. NUnit brings xUnit to all .NET languages.

About NUnit.com

This site will supplement the main NUnit.org site by providing blogs, articles, additional software and other NUnit resources. It will also used by the NUnit development team for planning releases and developing new content both for this site and for NUnit.org.

What's Here

The NUnit Developers Wiki is used for discussing proposed features and planning releases. It's open to anyone for browsing but only NUnit team members are able to edit content.

Our development version of NUnit.org contains no extra content at this time. Our main focus there is to make the site more maintainable and to reduce the bandwidth needed to download pages. Because we are actively working on this site, not all parts of it are fully functional and we may bring it down from time to time.
