The Consulting Co-operative is designed for consulting professionals serving the IT industry who seek to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Our research and benchmarking tools highlight the differences between top, medium and low performing IT organizations, allowing you to compare your clients’ operations and formulate the best strategy for operational improvement. As a result, our hard-data content becomes a powerful addition to your portfolio of tools and services that you may use with your clients. We modeled our Consulting Co-operative on research consortia common to other industries. Our shared-cost model allows you to share the cost and the benefits of studying how top-performing IT organizations address key operational issues while improving the utility and marketability and relevance of your services.
