Excess abdominal fat – a serious threat beyond issues Vanity

spacer Did you know that the vast majority of people in this age have excess abdominal fat? The first thing most people think is that their extra abdominal fat is simply ugly, is covering your abs are visible, and makes them self conscious to show off your body.

However, what most people do not realize is that excess abdominal fat in particular is not only ugly, but is also a dangerous risk factor to your health. Scientific research has clearly established that although it is not healthy, in general, have excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly dangerous to have excess abdominal fat.
There are two types of fat you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers the abdominal muscles to be visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and upper abdominal muscles.
The second type of fat you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, which is deeper in the abdomen below the surrounding muscles and organs. Visceral fat also plays an important role in giving certain men that “beer belly” appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels a bit tricky when it is pressed.
Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in the abdominal area are serious risk factors for health, but science has shown that having excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. They greatly increase the risk the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer and other degenerative diseases.
Part of the reason visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your system on a consistent basis.
If you care about the quality of their lives and loved ones, reducing abdominal fat should be a priority! There is simply no way around it. So what gets rid of extra abdominal fat? Is there really a real solution beyond all the tricks and hype that you see in commercials and advertisements for “miracle” products of fat loss?
The first thing to understand is that there is absolutely no quick fix. There are no pills or supplements of any kind that will help you lose abdominal fat faster. Furthermore, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can not reduce your abdominal fat by using any of these devices worthless. It just does not work that way.
The only way to lose abdominal fat and keep it constant for all is to combine a nutritious healthy diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a well designed exercise program that stimulates strategic hormonal and metabolic response within your body needed. Both food intake and your training program are important if you are going to get this right.
In fact, I have seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants in a diet group and only one group exercise and diet combined. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly less abdominal fat than diet and exercise combined group.
Now it is important to realize that any old exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. Most people trying to get into a good exercise routine will not work effectively enough to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat. I see this every day in the gym.
Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away with some crunches and side bends, and think they are doing something useful for reducing their abdominal fat. Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of no results and wonder where they went wrong.
