China Law Blog founders Dan Harris and Steve Dickinson have spent years advising foreign firms battling China’s legal system. Now the tide has turned and they have Chinese clients wondering why the practices that work in China are causing headaches in the U.S.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:

Dan Harris and Steve Dickinson founded the China Law Blog in 2006 to share knowledge and experience of small and medium sized enterprises doing business in China, a specialty of their firm, Harris Moure Pllc. Harris, an Michigan native and graduate of Indiana University School of Law, lives in Seattle. Dickinson, a Chinese language major and graduate of the University of Washington, lives in Qingdao. They promise to avoid legal jargon and namby-pamby language.
