Pole Inversions: 4-Weeks Level 1 $150

Class includes 4 hours of open studio practice time (w/o instructor.) Bring your water bottle and some fun clothes to class. Our poles are on martial arts mats so you are always landing on a soft surface. We have a 6" crash pad if you ever need more to feel secure.

Once you have completed the beginners class, youa re welcome to repeat it or move on to our mixed level continuing inversions class.

Continuing Pole Inversions: 4-Weeks Mixed Level $150

Advance your inversions!

The perfect follow-up class to Beginner Inversions and for anyone who wants to expand their repertoire of pole inversions. This mixed level class is unique in that we check in at the start of each class to see what you would like to do! Custom made for all pole dancers of all levels. The curriculum includes brand new moves as well as your old favorites. Guaranteed advancement for all levels.

This is an intermediate mixed level pole lab. You must have taken the level 1 inversions or have equivalent experience. Speak with Catherine if you are unsure.

Super fun and rewarding class.

4-6 students means you are on the pole as much as you want and receive a lot of personal instructor attention.

Class includes additional and optional 4 hours of free open studio pole practice time w/o instructor. Arrive 1hr before class.

You are never following along in a mirror in a large class. Each person receives personalized attention to assist you at the level you are at.

Note: You can wear any clothing you are comfortable in from mini skirt to sweat pants.

Refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received
at least 3 days prior to the event excluding weekly class which is 7 days. If you do not show up for a class, there will be no refund or credit offered. Please make it your priority to show up on time or a little early to all classes and private lessons. READ OUR CLASS POLICIES.
