About the Exhibit:
This winter, nearly 400 5th graders in the Arlington Public Schools created artwork depicting their favorite, sights, scenes, and landmarks in Arlington, Massachusetts.
Collectively, the children's artwork creates a wonderful "kids-eye view" of the community - ball fields and backyards, parks and playgrounds, bakeries and pizza shops, schools and libraries, the bike path, Spy Pond, the Mystic River and much more. We hope you enjoy this joyful, colorful and thought-provoking tour of Arlington through the eyes of our community's 5th graders!
Award of Excellence and Honorable Mentions
ACA jurors selected one outstanding artwork and three honorable mentions from each of Arlington's 5th grade classes, based on originality, skill, and effort. We congratulate ALL the 5th grade students for their fine work capturing something special about Arlington!
