    NATO Chicago Summit 2012

    At the joint NATO Defense and Foreign Ministerial Meeting April 18-19, Secretary Clinton laid out three initiatives. "First, we will agree on the next phase of transition to support our 2014 goals. Second, we want to be ready to define NATO's enduring relationship with Afghanistan after 2014. And third, we are prepared to work with the Afghans to ensure that the Afghan National Security force is fully funded.
