This past Saturday Bangor rock duo, When Particles Collide, hosted a record release party at Ipanema Bar and Grill for the Mass to Energy EP. Featuring local Indie artists Temperature of the Sun, and Belfast duo, The Class Machine, it was a successful night of rock ‘n roll. When Particles Collide drew a huge crowd, and brought down the house, shredding song after song. They pleased the crowd with an energetic performance that included face melting guitar riffs, solid drumming, and of course front woman Sasha Alcott’s power stance.
And the coolest part? All proceeds raised were donated to KahBang Arts. Check out live video footage from the show below, featuring the song “To the North”. When Particles Collide will head to south for a Portland style record release party on June 10th at Slainte. They will play with The Milkman’s Union and TonyBear…mark your calendars.
