Amenities include:

Wonderful, hilltop view on second row of the ocean. Less view of the sound behind the house.

Convenient beach access right in front of the house.

7 bedrooms (2 rooms with 2 full sized beds, 3 with 1 queen sized bed, 1 room with a full sized bed, and 1 with 2 twin beds.) Covered and uncovered porch.

4 full baths and outdoor shower.

Full kitchen upstairs, refrigerator and sink downstairs. Washer/dryer.

Central A/C, 2 Televisions with cable, VCR/DVD, Wireless Internet access.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE PLEASE!

Rates: The rate for rentals between Memorial day and Labor Day is $1800.00, (includes tax and cleaning) for a one week period extending from Sunday at 3 pm to Sunday at 11 am. A damage deposit of $250.00 is required (and will be returned upon verification of no damages after your visit). To reserve a week, a part of the rate ($500.00) reservation deposit is required. Only personal checks accepted.

A Cleaning service is provided as part of our rental. It is included in your costs.

Pets are not allowed. Linens (Sheets and towels)and paper products are not provided.

The upstairs water goes through a 'whole house' water filtering system. This greatly improves the water quality!
