The closets, back rooms, cupboards and attics of Central Oregon are swelling with creative potential and everybody in our community has the ability to harness it!

VillageWorks is a community non-profit organization that aims to connect people of all demographics to each other and to the abundance of local resources available to them and put them to use in positive and creative ways.

One of VillageWorks very exciting current projects is to open Craft Shack – an arts & crafts supply thrift store and inspiration hot spot – right here, in Bend. Craft Shack is in the process of gathering up enough inventory to open a space to offer up the plethora of delicious crafty goodies to our community at super affordable prices. Inventory is composed exclusively of repurposed/donated useable materials and leftovers from local businesses and community members.

Proceeds from purchased arts & craft supplies go toward keeping this amazing space open and toward organizing crafty workshops and events to empower and inspire individuals to use their incredible creativity in their everyday lives.
