As a Trainer “on Fire”, Wilma works on the premise that her fun, but fiery approach, will meet the needs not only of the firefighter community but all who are faced with challenges in their everyday lives.

Wilma enjoys being in front of audiences to ignite the burning passion for life by training, facilitating workshops, and speaking – making a difference in the lives of the audience members.

An enthusiastic “go-getter” best describes Wilma’s personality. She values action and results, thrives on getting things done and demonstrates a desire for detail. Wilma’s energy uplifts audiences to ignite the burning passion for life and to live their dreams.

“There is no shame in my game” is Wilma’s favorite line. She has overcome many life challenges most people are faced with today – divorce, death, abuse, struggles related to gender/race and life issues.

Wilma shares those experiences in order to help others learn how to find peace and joy in a chaotic world.
