Payment Options

It couldn't be easier to pay for your computer repair with Bristol Computer Fix.

When your PC or laptop repair is completed you can tell us how you'd like to pay. We offer a number of payment options which are outlined below.

Pay by Debit or Credit Card

Let your engineer know that you'd like to pay by card* and they will make sure they have a mobile chip and pin payment machine with them, ready for you to pay securely with most major debit and credit cards**.

Pay Online with Paypal

If you would like to pay online then this can be arranged using Paypal.

Once your repair is complete, Bristol Computer Fix will send you an e-mail with your invoice number and a 'request for payment'. Simply follow the instructions sent to you by Paypal. When the money has been sent your computer will be returned to you.

We will not 'accept' the money from Paypal until you are 100% happy with the repair that has been carried out.

Pay by Bank Transfer

If you would like to pay by bank transfer then Bristol Computer Fix will e-mail or post an invoice to you with bank transfer details*. Transfer the money owed using the six-digit invoice number as a reference. Once the money has cleared your computer will be returned to you.

Pay by Cheque

Due to the banks withdrawing the cheque guarantee facility with cheques, Bristol Computer Fix has had to review the policy when it comes to cheque payments. Although, in some cases, payment by cheque may be acceptable, Bristol Computer Fix reserves the right to refuse to accept payment by cheque without prior notice.

Pay with Cash

To ensure the safety of our engineers, Bristol Computer Fix can only accept cash payments when you collect your computer or by prior arrangement with the engineer.

Cash payments are subject to the correct amount being available. Engineers do not carry a cash 'float' and so cannot give change.
