The Tucson
Center
"Our mission is to educate students of diverse ages and backgrounds to understand, thrive in and enhance our world community and environment."
Prescott College believes that each student comes from a variety of unique life experiences and that true learning occurs when people are encouraged to explore and expand their interests in a guided, yet open structure. Community involvement and experiences outside the classroom are as valuable as experiences that are gained in traditional educational settings. Prescott College students are encouraged to use the community as their classroom and their previous experiences as the foundation of their studies.
The Tucson Center provides Tucson and Southern Arizona students with admissions counseling, academic advising, administrative support, and opportunities for interaction and networking with fellow students. In addition, the Center occasionally hosts workshops of interest to both Adult Degree Program (ADP) and Master of Arts Program (MAP) students. MAP students will also find opportunities to present works-in-progress and ideas to peers and faculty at the Tucson Center. All students will find professional, enthusiastic Staff and Faculty who are ready to assist them in reaching their educational goals.
