spacer Robert P. Badavas, President, CEO and Director

Bob brings to PlumChoice the power of experience and expertise derived from more than two decades leading and growing software and services businesses to market leadership positions. Bob's well rounded background encompasses roles as CEO, President, COO and CFO of public and private technology and services firms including: TAC Worldwide, a technical staffing, workforce management and business services company; Atlas Venture, an international venture capital firm; and Cerulean Technology, a computer software company.

Over the course of his career, Bob has architected growth strategies resulting in significant increases in shareholder value. He serves on the Board of Directors not only for PlumChoice, but also: Hercules Technology Growth Capital (NASDAQ:HTGC), which provides venture debt and equity to venture capital and private equity backed technology and life science companies; Constant Contact, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCT), a provider of on-demand email marketing, event marketing and online survey solutions; and The Learning Center for the Deaf in Framingham, MA for whom he previously served as Chairman of the Board. Bob is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees of Hellenic College/Holy Cross School of Theology in Brookline, MA.

Demonstrating his constant exploration of possibility, Bob recently completed a Harvard Business School program focused on strategies to make corporate boards more effective. A Certified Public Accountant, Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Bentley University and is a member of the University's Board of Trustees.

 

spacer Ted Werth, Chairman, Founder and Chief Strategy and Products Officer

A true pioneer in the technology care sector, Ted brings years of expertise in networking, engineering and entrepreneurship to his role leading the development of customer-centric, best-of-breed products and services for PlumChoice. He is focused on developing new Service 2.0 support capabilities that change the industry and drive significant new revenue streams for the company and its customers while achieving unmatched levels of customer satisfaction.

As founder and former CEO of PlumChoice, Ted is uniquely qualified to drive strategy and execution of the company's technology platform, and product and service solutions. Prior to PlumChoice, Ted held management and operating roles with data networking companies such as Chipcom and 3-Com. He also led the creation and delivery of an online collaboration service and marketing portal for small businesses after starting his career as an engineer for Westinghouse.

Frequently quoted in the media and the author of several patents, Ted remains the foremost expert in the technology services market. He has a B.S.E.E. from Lehigh University, and an MBA from Northeastern University.

 

spacer Kevin Rhodes, Chief Financial Officer

Kevin is responsible for building and monitoring the strong financial metrics of PlumChoice, while directing the overall accounting, audit and tax and investor relation functions and associated practices within the company. He also helps to evaluate strategic business opportunities that support the company's future growth. He joined PlumChoice in September 2009.

Kevin's depth of experience spans all major financial disciplines. Prior to joining PlumChoice, he served as Chief Financial Officer for eight years with a high growth, publicly held firm, Edgewater Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: EDGW), where he held a pivotal role within the management team. Edgewater is a provider of technology management consulting services primarily in the business intelligence and data services space. He also held senior financial management positions with Eliassen Group, Inc., a technology staffing and solutions firm and within Waste Management, Inc., a Fortune 100 environmental services and manufacturing company. Kevin began his career with Simione, Macca & Larow, CPAs, and is Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, on the Board of Directors for the Financial Executives International - Boston Chapter, and on the organizing committee for the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital "Celebration of Life" program.

He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Merrimack College and an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College, graduating summa cum laude.

spacer Jim Williams, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Jim brings more than 20 years of technology direct sales and channel sales management experience to PlumChoice, where he focuses on global revenue initiatives designed to enhance the company's market leadership position.

He joined PlumChoice in September 2011 due to the company's explosive growth and ability to enable customers with premium technology care solutions that increase their own customers' satisfaction, drive new revenue streams and reduce customer support costs.

Praised by peers for his ability to build and lead strong teams and empower employees to succeed with the right support and tools, Jim's recent experience includes roles as Worldwide Vice President of Sales at TopLayer Security (now part of Corero PLC), and Vice President of Sales and GM at 3COM/Tipping Point (now HP). At Motorola, where he was Worldwide Vice President of Sales for the networking division, Jim was a member of the executive team that took the division private to form Vanguard Managed Solutions. Earlier positions include additional sales and marketing leadership roles with companies such as Nuvo Network Management and Stratus.

Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Stetson University.

spacer Josh Clifford, Vice President and General Manager, Pacific Region

As Vice President and General Manager of PlumChoice's Pacific Region, Josh is responsible for customer relationships and management, operations, and the delivery of consumer and SMB services. Our SMB expert, he brings extensive domain knowledge and experience to PlumChoice and our direct-to-SMB brand, Everon, having serviced this market for 10 years.

Josh was Chief Operating Officer of Everon Technology Services LLC, founded in 2003 and purchased by PlumChoice in 2010. Pre- and post-acquisition, Josh has been responsible for the organization's service innovation, scalable delivery model, and growth. As a result, he is widely recognized as an expert in business technology needs and solutions. He regularly appeared on MSPMentor's list of the top 100 most influential leaders in Managed Services, and successfully operated Everon to its two-time inclusion in the Inc Magazine List of the 5000 Fastest Growing Businesses in America, plus CRN's most innovative MSP list for 2010.

Josh holds a B.A. in Psychology from Skidmore College, and has a unique background that blends direct technology experience with strategic business initiatives.

spacer Josh Goldlust, Vice President, Product Marketing and Management

Putting to work more than a decade of product management, custom product development, and offer negotiation experience, Josh drives strategy for the PlumChoice product and services portfolio. He and his team are accountable for determining what market problems PlumChoice will solve and how, then collaborating to ensure the execution of product/services strategy, inclusive of leveraging applicable partnerships. Josh owns both business plans and product profitability, plus product launch.

Josh came to PlumChoice in 2008 after spending several years at AT&T, in the semiconductor industry, and within Fortune 1000 companies. At AT&T, he served as Director of Product Development, negotiating agreements and solutions with strategic partners and launching new products and services for emerging technologies. He worked in Silicon Valley for Neslab Instruments, a Thermo Company, creating custom OEM equipment for semiconductor fabrication equipment manufacturers.

Josh holds an MBA from Boston University's School of Management and a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire.

spacer Wynn Grubbs, Vice President, Business Development

Wynn is responsible for new business development at PlumChoice, having joined the company in July 2009. He brings more than 20 years of executive business development and marketing experience in both private and public companies to the organization.

Before PlumChoice, Wynn led the sales, marketing and account management teams at several companies including early-stage and venture capital funded firms CommercialWare, Independent Mobile (IMO) and Valora Technologies. He spent nine years at Lightbridge, an outsourced services company servicing the converged telecommunications market, where he helped build the company from a $16M private entity to a publicly traded company with revenues in excess of $100M. Wynn has extensive background in the outsourced services, SaaS and software sectors including specific experience in telecommunications, retail and legal industries. He began his career as an entrepreneur, having founded and operated two different retail businesses. Wynn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

spacer Martin Higgins, Vice President of Engineering

As VP of Engineering, Martin is responsible for PlumChoice's software engineering groups. He brings more than 15 years of technology management, software engineering, solution delivery and professional services delivery to the position. Before PlumChoice, Martin spent several years at Edgewater Technology, a premium provider of technology management consulting services, where he served as Director of Technology, responsible for the technology group and technical project delivery. Prior to Edgewater, Martin worked at HFC Bank creating highly-distributed enterprise software to power their call centers. Martin has also worked at the National Physical Laboratory, a world-leading centre of scientific research, where he conducted research for the electronics industry.

A graduate in physics from the University of Lancaster in the UK, Martin also holds a Masters in Computer Science from Imperial College, London. He is currently studying for an MBA at the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.

spacer Jim Kasinger, General Counsel

As General Counsel, Jim is responsible for all legal matters at PlumChoice, including strategic relationships. He also supports the establishment and maintenance of the company's relationships with partners and customers. He joined PlumChoice in August 2011.

A highly accomplished attorney with more than 14 years of experience, Jim brings to PlumChoice extensive background in corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing law. Prior to joining PlumChoice, Jim was a partner at the global law firm, Goodwin Procter LLP, where he represented venture capital firms, and technology and high-growth companies in all stages of their life cycles, from formation to initial public offering (IPO), merger or sale. Jim started his legal career at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault.

Jim holds a B.A. from Wheaton College, graduating magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School, graduating cum laude. He has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer "Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Boston magazines. He is a member of the American and Boston Bar Associations.

Karen McPhillips, Vice President, Marketing

Karen combines more than 15 years of marketing leadership with a laser focus on prospects, customers and the market to drive business results. As Vice President of Marketing for PlumChoice since August 2011, she is accountable for the company's brand, market presence, reputation, market analysis, buyer consideration and demand generation, as well as marketing operations. In addition to handling corporate marketing, she and her team support PlumChoice enterprise software, white-label, SMB and consumer businesses, plus affiliates and partners.

Prior to joining PlumChoice, Karen served in marketing leadership roles with a variety of organizations from private to public, including Iron Mountain, Iron Mountain Digital, Connected Corporation, SilverStream Software, Art Technology Group and Watermark Software. She also has eight years' experience in advertising.

Karen's Bachelor's Degree in Journalism is from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont.

The experience Gopal brings to PlumChoice is marked by leading early stage software companies to the world stage, building profitable businesses from the ground-up by combining strategic thinking with precision in execution. As our Professional Services and Support leader, he oversees new and existing partner successes with PlumChoice products and services, while expanding the company's best practices methodology for technology care solutions.

Prior to joining PlumChoice, Gopal served as Vice President, worldwide professional services and support at Aveksa, the market-leading provider of enterprise access governance solutions. He co-founded and served as CEO of eQuilibrium Solutions Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise sustainability and energy management solutions (acquired by EnerNOC; Nasdaq: ENOC). He played a key role in OpenPages Inc.'s (acquired by IBM) turnaround from the content management space, to a global leadership in corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). There he served as Vice President of professional services and support, and field operations. The company received Inc 500 recognition as the "fastest growing private software company" twice during this period. Gopal also served as Vice President of worldwide professional services for Excelon Corporation (acquired by Progress Software; Nasdaq: PRGS.) The company was named the Inc. #1 "fastest growing private company" during his tenure.

Gopal received a B.S. in Physics from the University of Madras, an M.S. in Computer Science from Syracuse University, and an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

As the executive leader of PlumChoice support teams, Estelle is accountable for Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, Reporting & Analysis, Workforce Management, Telecom, Talent & Acquisition, and Human Resources.

Estelle joined PlumChoice November 2007, bringing more than 17 years' experience in the contact center business, including extensive background in project management, contact center strategic planning, staff recruitment and management, and training support. During her two years directing the Contact Center Solutions team at TAC Worldwide, revenue grew 100% to nearly $21M. Prior to TAC, Estelle managed Stream International's corporate help desk business with annual revenues exceeding $10 million. She has also served as a Global Implementation Manager for one of the world's leading financial services organizations corporate helpdesk.

spacer David L. Temlak, Vice President, Premium Technology Care Services Delivery

As Vice President of PlumChoice's Premium Technology Care Services Delivery, David is responsible for the delivery of consumer and SMB services, as well as all associated operations. David has a long history of improving customer satisfaction by exceeding current and future needs for program, content, service and systems implementation. He specializes in finding ways to reduce operating budgets while improving overall levels of Customer Service. This has been accomplished through coordinated planning, process improvement and technology augmentation over his 20+ year career in a variety of technical and leadership positions. David was Co-Founder of Speaking of Customer Service, a full service consulting firm dedicated to helping customer contact professionals and their companies meet and exceed their customers' expectations.

Before entering the world of consulting, David served as SVP of Customer Service for SupportSoft, where he helped build Support.Com, a residential remote PC repair service. David previously served as VP, GVP and eventually SVP of Customer Care at Time Warner Cable (TWC) and Road Runner. He was ultimately responsible for providing support to TWC's 13+ million customers for all three of their product lines (Video, High Speed Data and Phone). In those positions, he was pivotal to TWC/Road Runner winning multiple JD Power awards for providing the highest customer satisfaction among residential and commercial high-Speed Internet and Telephone service providers.

A graduate of Boston's Northeastern University, David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with an Option in Computer Science.
