Audrey Stout, RN, RDMS, is the National Nurse Manager Consultant for NIFLA, and has been involved in pregnancy resource centers since 1987. Audrey has served pregnancy centers in Georgia and Oregon in a variety of capacities, including developing curriculum for post-abortive women, counseling, serving as a board member, and as Nurse Manager during their conversion to medical clinics.  In addition to working with Focus on the Family’s Option Ultrasound Program, and IMPACT Association, Audrey has taught and trained in OB sonography across the US and in Ukraine. 

Audrey is passionate about utilizing ultrasound as a life-affirming tool in pregnancy medical clinics where women are introduced to their unborn babies, and provided critical information for pregnancy decisions.  As a part of NIFLA's Institute in Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound teaching team since 2000, Audrey challenges those who scan to pursue excellence in skills.  

Audrey has dedicated her personal and professional life to at-risk women, the unborn and those with special needs.  Audrey and her husband, Dave, reside in Lexington, VA. They have three adult children and one grandson.

 
Dotsy Davis, BSRT, RDMS, RVT is an Instructor for NIFLA and has over 30 years of obstetrical ultrasound experience, in OB/Gyn offices, pregnancy medical clinics and as a college program director.  She started a college-based medical sonography program and facilitated the program's accreditation through the JRCDMS.  Dotsy's heart is to serve in this Ministry for His purposes and His glory.

Dotsy and her husband Olin reside on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  They have three children and four delightful grandchildren.

Patsy Leo, AAS, RDMS, is an experienced instructor in Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound, both nationally and internationally.  She has been a sonographer for over 15 years and has ministered in her local pregnancy center since 2003, where she helped to bring that center to medical.  Her roles have included center director, client advocate, class instructor, sonographer and volunteer trainer.  Currently she serves on her pregnancy center's mobile ultrasound van and is also completing her Doula certification.  Her passion is to use her skills to serve wherever the Lord leads.

Patsy and her husband Pete reside in Cleveland, Ohio.  They have three sons.   

Roxanne Ertel, BA, CNMT, RDMS is professional with over 25 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine, DiagnosticMedical Sonography, and MRI. She loves teaching and making it fun. Roxanne is a Care Net and Heartbeat approved ultrasound trainer. She believes that the Lord has led her to be a vessel to serve nurses, mothers and the unborn. Let us speak LIFE into every situation.

She loves to travel and her family is between the East coast and Alaska. Roxanne is married to Tom with a blended family of five and eight grandchildren. She is an International Soroptimist, Lions Club member, Lions Leadership Academy Graduate, and a member of International Aglow.
