CG Games Open
Anyone wishing to participate in the Open needs to register and pay a one time fee of $25. This gives the competitor unlimited access to the Open round testing. There are a total of six challenges to be completed, in any order, as many times as desired. The challenges will be posted to the CG Games website prior to the start of the Open round.
- Five weeks, May 12 through June 9, 2012
- Six participating regions. See Open testing locations and times.
- Six fitness challenge tests. Competitors may complete the six fitness challenges as many times as they like during the Open round to better their score and consequently, their rankings.
- Competitors’ best times are posted to the nationwide leaderboard.
- Top 75 men and 75 women are invited to the CG Games Finals.
The fitness challenges are all measurable and are for time. We ensure that all of the challenges are uniform and that there is no room for subjectivity. There are no partial reps, there are no judgement calls. There is a start and a finish. There is getting from point A to point B in the fastest time possible. This allows us to ensure the highest quality in judging, and to ensure that the best, most deserving competitors move on to the Finals.
