Dear Friends:
Welcome to our recently launched web site! We are working hard to make sdfirefacts.com your trusted source for everything you need to know about fire and rescue services and safety in the City of San Diego.
Two series of devastating wildlifes in the past decade have shown us how critical preparation for both a major disaster and an every day emergency can be. We believe we all play a part in fire & rescue safety and preparation. You can help keep your home and family safe by taking some simple precautions found throughout this web site. But you can also help in another, very important way: by staying involved in local government and letting our elected officials know how much we care about this issue.
But first, visit our site and educate yourself on these very important issues. If you want to get involved further, give us your email address by adding it under "join our community" to the left of this message. We will send you emails with important safety updates and upcoming opportunities to make your voices heard.
Thanks, and enjoy our new site!
