Wednesday, March 14		Easel setup
Thursday, March 15	9 a.m.-5 p.m.	Receiving day
Thursday, March 15	1 p.m.-5 p.m.	High School Scholarship entries accepted at the McCoy Theater dressing room
Friday-Saturday, March 16-17	9 a.m.-6 p.m	Jury Day
Saturday, March 17	8 p.m.	Notification of selected work (online)
Sunday, March 18	9 a.m.-5 p.m.	• Artists pick up unselected works • Photography & Brochure • Easel teardown
Monday-Thursday, March 19-22		• Installation • Board of Directors review & select 2013 publicity image
Friday, March 23	9 a.m.-Noon 6-10 p.m.	• HSFCA • PPPE
Saturday, March 24	2-4 p.m.	Artists' Reception
Sunday, March 25		Gallery closed due to an amphitheater event at the MACC
Monday, March 26 to Friday, April 20	11 a.m.-5 p.m. Evenings before Castle Theater shows	Exhibition dates Gallery Sitting & Sales, School tours as needed
Friday, April 13		Gallery closed due to an amphitheater event at the MACC
Saturday, April 14	11 a.m.-1 p.m.	Juror walk-through Scholarship awards
Friday, April 20	5-6 p.m.	Late night pick-up
Saturday, April 21	9 a.m.-4 p.m.	• Pick-up • Special delivery for PPPE
