2. FILL OUT THE FORM & SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.

(hint: when you copy and paste, include the email address to send it to so it will be accessible when you need it)

WFS will follow up with each student with the following:

1. The location of the class
2. The contact information for the instructor
3. Confirmation on how much to pay and any further directions you might need for making your payment

• If paying online – we will send you a secure invoice after we have received your Sign Up Form, which will be the appropriate method to settle an online payment.  Do NOT send us credit card information over email, as it is generally not secure for financial transactions.
• If paying by cash, we will email this form back to you with a confirmation of the amount to pay.
• For each class you are signing up for, please pay only the Registration Fee.
