The AF Foundation, set up by Andrew and Rachael Flintoff, is a children’s charity raising funds to build, develop and improve Child Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy Units throughout the UK.
Our first and blueprint unit resides at Alder Hey Children’s hospital, the second largest pediatric hospital in Europe. Alder Hey is just one of four ‘stand alone‘ children’s hospitals in the UK; the others being Great Ormond Street, Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Sheffield Children’s Hospital. We hope to install an AF Foundation Child Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy Unit in all of them.
