Sherri is the founder and creator of the six week group program Eight Hours to Better Health a step by step program designed to raise awareness and keep you on track with daily worksheets.
Sherri is also the author of Eight Hours to Better Health Cookbook, a 12 week cookbook which contains, menus, shopping lists and the recipes that you need to create healthy eating habits.
Sherri received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Sherri works with clients individually and in group settings to bring balance into their lives, teaching healthier food choices, teaches and organizes the cooking classes at WHOLE FOODS MARKET in Wellingon, stress management skills, yoga and life coaching.
She is certified through Teachers College Columbia University, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and The American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
She is also registered with IAYA the International Association of Yoga Therapists at the advanced teacher level and a member of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
Sherri is also a mentor on staff for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s long distance learning program and a member of their Ambassador Network.
To keep her completely busy Sherri is also an Independent Beachbody Coach where she personally teaches you how to get physically and financially fit using Beachbody products.
