We want you to be completely satisfied with every Gump’s purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 90 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We apologize that personalized items cannot be returned. Information regarding return procedures can be found inside your package or on our Returns & Exchanges page.
