The Booking Office

The Booking Office enables you to reserve fishing on some of the best beats the Wye and Usk have to offer for salmon, trout, grayling and coarse fish. Within each 'River Area' listed to the right of the map you will find details and availability of the individual fisheries that you can book. Alternatively, you can search for your fishing by using the facility to the right of the map. Full instructions on how to book your fishing are given below.

There are two ways of booking your fishing:

Online Booking - Some of the beats you can book online - to do this
- Click on the beat of your choice from the selection of river areas on the map above.
- Check it is a beat that you can book online and its availability.
- Select your chosen day.
- Register or sign in and follow instructions through to payment.
Once you have made your booking, you will automatically receive maps & directions by Email.

Contact us directly - by Tel on 01982 560 788 or Email on admin@wyeuskfoundation.org, (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) with details of the day(s) you want to fish, what type of fishing you want and the numbers of guests. We'll do the rest:
- Find an appropriate beat
- Make the booking for you
- Provide you with details of the beat, directions and a map.

Please note that a handling fee is applicable to all bookings, but that this is less for online bookings than for those taken by phone.

Please note that once a booking is made, refunds are occasionally possible in certain circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of the Booking Office manager. For full terms and conditions please see Terms and Conditions.

Unlike many areas of the UK many of the beats operate a 'wash-off' policy allowing you to reschedule your booking should you find the river unfishable due to flood. For terms and conditions of this policy, please see Wash-Off Terms and Conditions.

It is a condition of booking that all anglers post a catch return after fishing. Please use our simple online catch return form to do so. It also allows you to comment on your day(s), which provides us with useful feedback on the fisheries and the service we provide.

All anglers must be aware of EAW bylaws and abide by them when fishing.
