My husband and I did Dianne’s program as a couple because we wanted to eat better, get healthy and do it together. It was a complete success! Dianne worked with my husband to help him add more vegetables and fruits to his diet and helped him replace some of the unhealthy foods he was relying on with better alternatives and worked with me to to raise awareness of my eating habits. She also helped us set a pattern of cooking and eating healthy delicious meals together. Her program helps you slowly transition to better patterns, with her expert support, so that you are able to maintain them easily, even after the program ends.

At the end of my program, my husband and I had both lost weight and had better eating patterns along with an improved understanding of nutrition, which we have been able to continue building on. After completing the program, we are continuing to lose weight and we both feel great!

Dianne’s 6 Month Wellness Program was a great experience! After completing it, my eating habits have greatly improved. I am eating better and more adventurously. Dianne is an excellent health counselor! At first I expected to be inundated with solely nutrition stuff, but I got more than I bargained for with a lot of focus on managing my stress levels. With her help, I was able to recognize that my spiritual and emotional “bellies” were not getting the right nutrition and needed to fed. I think an outsider’s perspective was exactly what I needed.  This program has catapulted me into really paying close attention to my health and changing many aspects of my life. Sessions with Dianne are upbeat and informative.  She keyed in on not only my nutritional needs, but also my emotional and inner life.  Her guidance has grown my understanding of what really nourishes and sustains me. She teaches sound nutritional ways with a light touch and sense of humor.  Dianne made changing my eating habits easy! I especially enjoyed the surprise she provided each session.  Sometimes, she demonstrated ways of preparing delicious high protein foods, other times she handed me a gift of a food that I had not yet tried.
