DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES, INDEMNIFICATION

Cash-Blaster is owned by Dale Advertising, Inc. and DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Dale Advertising, Inc. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS THAT YOU AND/OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER WHEN USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS "Dale Advertising, Inc." FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER Dale Advertising, Inc. NOR IT'S SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, LICENSERS, EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE.

I am of legal age in the state/country in which I live to enter into this agreement with Cash-Blaster.com. I will be considered an independent contractor and in no way will I be considered employed by Cash-Blaster.com by becoming a member of the Cash-Blaster Pro membership program.

Cash-Blaster can, at its discretion, amend the compensation plan and statement of policies. I understand my membership is not transferable without written consent from Cash-Blaster authorization from Cash-Blaster. I understand that Cash-Blaster reserves the right to decline any applicant's membership. I also understand that Cash-Blaster reserves the right to terminate any membership, if that member does not abide by the terms of this agreement or any other policies made by Cash-Blaster.com.

As a member , I will not use the Cash-Blaster logo, any trade marks of Cash-Blaster, copyrighted material or any material contained within the website without first getting written permission to do so. Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material is a violation of federal law. I will only use authorized advertising tools set-up for the members of Cash-Blaster.

I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time, and doing so results in an immediate end to my status as a distributor and therefore results in a forfeiture of all further commission and bonus checks or other payments from Cash-Blaster. (If you cancel your membership, you won't get paid anymore). I agree not to use any collected email that is more than 10 days old. I agree that I will not send any email message to anyone posting to a Cash-Blaster page unless that email message is less than 1k (1000) bytes in size for normal use and in no case larger than 8k (8000) bytes.

I will not engage in any deceptive or unlawful recruiting practice. Using false or unreasonable income claims and promises will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate end to my distributorship and Cash-Blaster Membership. I will not send out unsolicited email of any kind to anyone I understand that spamming in the form of unsolicited advertisements of any sort not mentioned above (including newsgroups) will not be tolerated, and can cause immediate termination to my membership.

You agree not to submit any pornographic, unlawful, or questionable programs. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your membership and forfeiture of any commissions earned. We have a Zero Tolerance for Spam.

There will be no Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email to promote your site.

We consider any of the following grounds for immediate termination of an account:

Unauthorized postings to newsgroups.

Sending unauthorized emailings.

Engaging in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through a Cash-Blaster Network account.

Falsifying user information provided to Cash-Blaster.

Using the Cash-Blaster name to send Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email as defined above. (spamming, which could result in civil and criminal prosecution)

Using collected email addresses that are more than 10 days old.

All of the above practices are prohibited by Cash-Blaster terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's membership, including forfeiture of any money earned and/or access to Cash-Blaster services.

Nothing contained within the terms and agreement shall be construed to limit Cash-Blaster's actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the above mentioned activities, and Cash-Blaster reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

Cash-Blaster reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

You agree that payment is Non-Refundable for membership services provided at Cash-Blaster.com.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

By signing up for a Cash-Blaster website, you agree to receive periodic emails from the administrator of Cash-Blaster.

We have the right to terminate any membership for any reason, including (but not limited to) the request for the removal of your email address and the use of autoresponders on our site.

I give my express consent and agree to receive periodic emails from advertising services provided by Cash-Blaster.com, the List Owner, it's agents or employees at my contact email address as well as my list address. I agree to receive all emails from members of the list at my list address. I agree to receive periodic notices from the List Owner, and/or The Owner of Cash-Blaster.com at my contact address at the sole discretion of the list owner and The Owners of Cash-Blaster.com. I agree not to use any autoresponders for my list or contact email addresses. I agree not to submit Adult Sites, Offensive or Scam material to the list. I agree not to use misleading headlines in my advertising nor make false or unsubstantiated claims in my commercial messages. I also understand, agree and accept that any and all commercial messages that are sent to me by The List Owner, The owner of Cash-Blaster.com, it's agents or employees is not an endorsement by The List Owner or Owner of Cash-Blaster.com of the advertised product, service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise stated. I further agree that should emails to my contact or list address email address be undeliverable, bounce or be found to be an autoresponder, The List Owner and/or The Owners of Cash-Blaster.com have the right to immediately delete my account without notice and or ban my email address from the site. I agree not to accuse any list members or The List Owner or The owner of Cash-Blaster.com of sending spam mail. This is a double opt-in service you voluntarily joined. You can remove yourself from any list at any time by using the unsubscribe link. We track all signups by IP number and legal action will be taken against all who cry spam falsely. You agree to be responsible for all legal fees and damages incurred to The List Owner or The Owners of Cash-Blaster.com in the event you make a false or unjustified spam complaints to any agency, ISP, website or court of competent jurisdiction. I give my express consent to The Owner of Cash-Blaster.com, its agents or employees on any list hosted or owned by Cash-Blaster to send me the commercial emails at my contact as well as at my list email address. These commercial messages may include, but are not limited to, Admin notices,in-house commercial advertising of all kinds and third party advertising placed by the public customers, subscribers, partners or others and will be sent at the sole discretion of the List Owner or Cash-Blaster.com. These messages may be in any digital form, including , notices,updates, special messages, solo ads or other electronic messages. I also understand and accept that any and all commercial messages that are sent to me by The List Owner or The Owner of Cash-Blaster.com is not an endorsement by the parties of the advertised product, service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise stated.

If you signed up but have not received your confirmation email, simply Log-in using the SAME User Name you used to sign up with and you will be provided a link to re-submit the confirmation email. If you still do not receive the confirmation email you may have to re-signup using a different email address. Try using a different email with a different domain from the one you tried earlier. We recommend using a paid email account like yuhknow www.yuhknow.com/ or a free Yahoo account. Additional: You are only allowed one free membership account. You may, of course, have a second paid account. All other accounts will be deleted. Submitters: If you are a member of a submitter, your account can only remain active if the List Owner has given their express , written consent to the submitter owner to include this list in any submitter. Please check with the List Owner to see if written consent has been obtained before you enter our list in any submitter.
