Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Tour operates rain or shine at the Tour Operator's sole discretion. If a minimum number of participants is not met, and the Tour Operator elects to cancel the tour - full refunds will be issued.
Tour cancellation requests received more than 7 days in advance of the purchased Tour date will be fully refunded except for a Cancellation Fee of $25.00 which will be applied to each cancelled transaction (not to each ticket).
Cancellation requests received less than 7 days in advance of the purchased Tour date are non-refundable**.
**If you are arriving to Ketchikan by cruise ship and your ship does not arrive into port or is late in arriving into port such that your participation on the tour is not possible, please contact us and a full refund will be issued.
**If you must cancel your cruise/visit to Ketchikan entirely, please contact us to discuss your exact circumstances. Refunds may be possible in certain situations.
The refund, less any applicable cancellation fee, will be issued back to the credit card used to make the original ticket purchase.
