Emap appoints Julie Harris Global Managing Director, WGSN

Emap, the global business-to-business multiplatform media group, today announced Julie Harris has been promoted to Global Managing Director, WGSN. WGSN is the world’s leading trend forecasting service for the fashion and design industries, providing current and forward looking trend analysis and real-time global intelligence updated every hour.
Julie has led the strategic development of WGSN’s business in Asia Pacific since 2007. During her time there, she led the sales and marketing teams across 15 countries to deliver a strong sales performance. She also managed the successful launch of WGSN’s first Chinese service in July 2011, which provides up to the minute inspiration, intelligence and news reports all in local language.
