Prevent unwanted pets with low cost spay and neuter!
AARP, The Center and PAWS Colorado are collaborating to provide support for the companion animals of senior citizens, people with disabilities and those facing life-challenging illnesses through a pet food and supplies drive.
SpayToday, Neuter Now! will be collecting donations at the clinic from May 1, 2012 through June 3, 2012. As a reward for your donation* we will discount the price of a regular surgery by $10 for dogs or $5 for cats! Regular prices are:
Female dogs under 60 lbs $70
Female dogs 60 lbs and over $120
Male dogs $70
Cats (male or female) $40
Rabbits (male or female) $75
The biggest need is for new, unopened bags of dry
dog and cat food and kitty litter.
Other items include: canned food, treats, flea/tick preventatives (i.e. non-prescription: Advantage (not Advantage Multi), Revolution or Frontline),litter box liners, litter box deodorizer, leashes, collars (including head-collars like the Gentle Leader)
Please, no opened containers, generic foods or used pet supplies.
*Minimum qualifying donation would be 4 lbs. of dry food or litter or 6 cans of food. Other items are appreciated but will not apply toward the discount.
