The subject of work-life balance has come up a lot lately in conversations that I have had with my friends and fellow bloggers. It seems that we are all working toward the same goal – creating an environment where we have a healthy work-life balance.

How often do you and your family visit your local park? We try to visit many of the local parks surrounding us to let our daughter get rid of all of that extra energy and show the parks our support.
