In case you missed it – we now have BEER! The Hut will be serving only the finest New York State craft brews. Every couple of weekends, we will be adding a new brewery to our menu. To kick things off we have the following:

In addition to our regular menu, we have the following Pork Belly Special:
Cider Soaked Belly
We soaked pork belly in our House Pork Wash (apple cider & cider vinegar) & smoked them over local cherry wood until they are like buttah.

Start with our custom made Kaiser rolls – add pork belly – then pulled pork – & top with pig candy (that’s bacon glazed with maple & brown sugar). It’s a pork lovers dream come true.

Take Pork Belly – add it to our famous Brisket sandwich & top it with pickled jalapenos.

For every bottle we sell of our house sauce – Thundernagi – we will be donating $1 to the Heart Of The Catskills Humane Society. It’s a great way to get some great BBQ sauce & help out some great cats & dogs.
