- 25.05.12 / Legal team success We are very pleased that we have been successful in getting separate independent investigations into the cases of three of the Howard Leagues young clients restrained in jail. One young person, who suffered a broken arm, has been waiting for five years for his complaint to be resolved. The complaints range from concerns about children suffering from broken bones and assaults, deliberate humiliation and unnecessary, repeated, restraints. Read more >
