Reflection on Needing to Reflect.

My mind has a funny way of letting me walk through an entire day without ever spending time to reflect upon what I actually did in that day. Do you ever feel like time passes you by without even realizing it? Lately I’ve had this realization about my time, day in and day out. So I am going to attempt to take steps to reflect on my days, in a private ‘quiet time’ and publicly with this blog. We’ll call this day 1, reflection on needing to reflect.
