Billy Bragg Tour
So I started the tour with the intention to blog everyday about what we were up to… but we’ve been a little bit busier than I thought, so no blog!
But the tour has been fantastic, we’d like to say a big thankyou to everyone who came down early enough to catch our shows, your support for the support act means a lot to us! All the shows have been great, thankyou to the crowds in Edinburgh, Sheffield, Teeside, Leeds, Cambridge, Keele, Oxford, London, Leicester and Liverpool. And a massive thankyou to Billy Bragg and all his crew and to The King Blues and Akala.
Last show is tomorrow night in Bristol, going to be explosive!

Billy Bragg Tour Day 2 – Edinburgh
Great day today, climbed a mountain, ate some haggis, saw the sights, generally acted like tourists, well good.
Thanks to everyone who came down that little bit earlier to see us supporting Billy tonight! Was a great show. Billy rocked it as expected!
…looking forward to the rest of the tour, off to Sheffield tomorrow, next gig is on the 15th at the Sheffield Leadmill.

Last chance to vote for Sound of Rum!
There are only 2 days left to vote for Sound of Rum as Best Breakthrough Artist in the UK festival awards!
We had a massive summer this year, playing some great gigs – big and small. From Billy Bragg’s Leftfield Stage at Glastonbury to busking in the fields of Latitude, from the Main Stage at Standon Calling to packing out the cardboard record shop at Bestival! We curated our own slot at Rizlab, we played the Big Top at Hop Farm and flew out to Germany to play at Fusion. All of this in an attempt to get in front of as many people as possible and spread the word about Sound of Rum.
So if you caught any of our shows at Glastonbury, Fusion, Blissfields, Beatherder, Hop Farm, Latitude, Ben and Jerry’s Summer Sundae, Camp Bestival, Fieldview, Standon Calling, Bestival or Electric Picnic, now’s the time to show your support by voting for us!
You can also vote for two of our favorite festivals in the Fans Favorite category so if you have time, drop a vote for our friends at Bestival or Standon Calling. Deadline for voting is tomorrow, 10th October. Click here to vote.

Goodbye to Festivals + Tour Dates!
After an exhausting, exciting, rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable Bestival, we say goodbye to another festival season! Thankyou to everyone who caught our performances at Glastonbury, Fusion, Blissfields, Beatherder, Hop Farm, Latitude, Ben and Jerry’s Summer Sundae, Camp Bestival, Fieldview, Standon Calling and Bestival.
We’ll be back on the road this weekend playing at Southsea Fest on Saturday 17th September. We’re also going back to Germany to play at the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg on the 22nd of September, driving onward for a show at the Comet in Berlin on the 23rd. And if that wasn’t enough, we have a date supporting Ghostpoet at Sub89 in Reading on November 9th.
We are also pleased to announce that after the success of our Glastonbury show at Leftfield, Billy Bragg has asked us to go on tour with him! We will be playing all 12 dates of the Leftfield In Motion tour, travelling across the UK from the 13th-28th of November, alongside The King Blues and Akala.
