SpeechTEK West 2007 explored how voice and speech technology solutions can change the way businesses reach out to their customers and look at how organizations can integrate speech technology in new products and services or deploy it in their business operations. As the industry matures, it is driven by informed and empowered customers who are seriously looking at the opportunities that speech technology can offer their businesses.
SpeechTEK West included more than 150 speakers - industry experts and practicing speech professionals - who participated in 75 sessions and case studies. The program featured a three-day track on contact center speech solutions; two-day tracks on voice and mobile search; plus tracks and sessions on voice user interface strategy, design and delivery; advanced technology; and practical business applications such as unified communications, report creation and voice control of PCs.
SpeechTEK West featured cutting-edge exhibitors and an intensive conference program that showcases the best and the brightest minds in the speech technology industry - at the podium, in the exhibit hall and among the attendees!
